V. K. Jagadish Babu
Chairman

Mr. Jagadish Babu, founder of Sankalp, has been shaping Mysore’s construction industry for 25 years. With a B.Civil and an M.E. in Structural Engineering from UVCE Bangalore, he brings deep expertise to the field. He currently serves as the Chairperson of CREDAI Karnataka, driving innovation and industry standards.

Nikhil Jagadish
Director

Mr. Nikhil joined Sankalp in 2016, bringing a fresh perspective to elevate the brand’s legacy. He holds an M.S. from Columbia University and gained valuable experience working in New York for two years. His expertise and insights are set to drive Sankalp’s future growth and innovation.
